The topic of Women's Health seems to take a lot of attention. Women begin to take concern on various kinds of diseases that often threaten them. Heart disease and breast cancer are the most dreadful diseases for women as they can take their lives at any time when the stadium has already reached the severe level.

Hence, you need to apply good life habit by eating healthy diet, applying regular sport, and avoid bad habits like drinking alcohol, smoking, and taking drugs.
